Mission
D1 University was founded by experienced studio owners, coaches, and choreographers, Courtney and Ashley Frato, to bridge the gap in knowledge and resources for aspiring college dancers.
Our mission is to provide a comprehensive and supportive platform where dancers can prepare for auditions, receive expert feedback, and network with top colleges and universities across the country.

Intensive training sessions designed to help you hone your skills with live feedback from collegiate coaches.
The Convention
A large-scale event featuring top colleges and dance programs, offering masterclasses, networking, and performance opportunities.
Mock Auditions
Practice for the real thing with mock auditions in front of college coaches who provide direct feedback to help you improve.

Meet the Founders
Courtney Frato
Courtney is an accomplished choreographer and coach with years of experience in shaping young dancers. She has a deep understanding of technique, performance, and collegiate recruitment, and is passionate about providing dancers with the tools they need to succeed at the next level.
Ashley Frato
Ashley brings a wealth of knowledge in dance coaching and collegiate recruitment. With extensive experience working with college teams, she is dedicated to offering dancers the preparation and exposure they need to stand out and secure spots on their dream teams.
